LIVED EXPERIENCE ... RESEARCH ... ADVOCACY

OUR PURPOSE

A collective voice.
A whole life.

The Metastatic Breast Cancer Collective is an independent information and advocacy project founded by Caley Ashpole.

Focused on metastatic breast cancer.

We make room for lived experience, clearer information and the everyday parts of life alongside a diagnosis. Our focus is breast cancer that has spread to distant parts of the body, also known as secondary or stage 4 breast cancer.

Lived experience, clearly labelled.

Personal stories reflect the experience of the person sharing them. They do not predict anyone else’s treatment response or future. Caley’s Q&A is presented as her personal explanation, with captions, a full transcript and links for further reading.

A trail back to the source.

We link to original sources and established organisations so you can explore information in its own context. General information does not replace advice from your treating team. We do not claim an appointed clinical review team.

Independent links and possible collaborations.

Resource links do not imply an affiliation or partnership. Milk & Honey Wigs and Maeba Hair are possible personal features, with no commercial arrangement confirmed. Any future gifted, paid or affiliate relationship will be disclosed alongside the feature.

Free to explore.

This website is free to access. We are not collecting donations. We make no registered charity or tax deductible donation claims.
